Deadline for Changes (cost free) 1st Februare of 2019

The Registration will only be counted valid when the fee is payed as requested and we have all the documents back.
There will be asked a 30,OO euro amount for changes (concerning age categorie, teamnumbers,...) after the 1st of march 2019.

The registration fee covers the cost for gyms, referees, etc. Every team has to pay this fee. If one teams plans to play in two different age groups the fee will be charged per entry.

Teams, which book at least 5 chargeable tournament passes, get a 50% discount on the registration fee.

Leeftijdsbewijs - ID Card:

Iedere speler moet een geldig leeftijdsbewijs hebben met foto (geen copy or fax)

Voor de NIET Belgische ploegen moeten ze een geldig pasport:ID of reisdocument kunnen voorleggen.

Each player has to have a Photo ID to verify his/her age (no copies!) Therefore, as well as their passport or driving license the official roster signed from the national association is valid for Belgium citizens only. All non-Belgium citizens have to provide a valid passport or identity card.

Other national licenses will not be accepted.

Within the qualifying round the gym supervisor can request to see the ID's of all players. Please hand them over until the game is finished.

Please prepare all ID's for the supervisor for all cross-plays.

Players that cannot prove their age by a legal document are not eligible to play.
The organization will not take a game into account for any placements in which a player that is not allowed to play plays anyway.
Each player is only allowed to play in one team per age group.

Jeder Spieler muss sein Alter mit gültigem Lichtbildausweis (keine Kopie oder Fax!) nachweisen können. Für Belgien ist dies die offizielle Mannschaftsliste oder ein amtlicher Lichtbildausweis (z.B. Reisepass, Führerschein).

Für Nicht-Belgien muss ein Reisedokument (Reisepass oder amtlicher Personalausweis) vorgelegt werden.

Nationale Spielerlizenzen werden nicht anerkannt.

Die Spielerpässe bzw. Reisedokumente sind bei den Vorrundenspielen auf Verlangen der Hallenverantwortlichen bis spätestens Spielende vorzuweisen.

Ab den Kreuzspielen sind die Spielerpässe bzw. Reisedokumente zwingend vor dem Spiel vorzulegen.

Spieler, die das entsprechende Alter nicht nachweisen können, sind nicht spielberechtigt.
Erfolgt trotzdem ein Einsatz eines solchen Spielers, wird das Spiel nachträglich strafbeglaubigt.
Jeder Spieler ist nur in einer Mannschaft pro Altersklasse spielberechtigt.
