The arrival-day is Thursday, May 17th, 2019

You have to be out of the rooms (in cleaned condition) by Sunday, May 19th, 2019 respectively before 12.00 a.m.

The lodging-facilities will be distributed among the clubs after fixing the game plan (approx. 2 weeks before the beginning of the tournament)

Each club will get - depending on the number of participants - a minimum of 1 sleeping-room, which can be locked (subject to number of lodging rooms).

Showers can be used only at the tournament-playing-courts and at the tournement sleeping Hotel

If you need lodging outside the term between , you need to inform the tournament-compagnie in time.
