Programma/Tentative program

De focus van het toernooi is natuurlijk games in de 6 leeftijdsgroepen. Deze starten op zaterdag en worden gespeeld in de Gemeentelijke sporthal van Sint-Eloois-Winkel Rollegem-Kapelle ;Ledegem ;Oekene ; Gullegem & Moorsele. Naast het toernooi bieden we ook  nevenevenementen aan, zoals opening (vrijdag) contests en toernooidisco. Voor sommige nevenevenementen is er een registratie vereist bv Three point contest etc..., die kan worden gedaan op het informatiepunt of in het toernooikantoor.

Of course the games in 6 different age groups and the competition are in the focus of the tournament. Games start on Saterday and will be played on 6 playgrounds . But beside the tournament there are also many events and other offers such as contests, special guasts or our tournament disco. Some side events require a registration either at the info point or at the tournament office. Please see the program folder for further details! 

Vrijdag 17 mei

Aankomst en openingsceremonie

Vanaf 12.00 uur kunnen de teams inchecken op ons toernooikantoor in de Sporthal van Sint-Eloois-Winkel . Vanaf 13.00 uur kan je inchecken in het Hotel Mercure in Roeselare, voor de mensen die daar slapen. Voor de mensen die in het cultureel centrum slapen kan men inchecken op vrijdag vanaf 13uur .  Om 19.00 uur vindt onze OPENINGS CEREMONIE plaats, waar alle landen zich presenteren. De vlaggenparade en een muziek- dans mogen niet ontbreken.

Om 18u45uur nodigen we alle coaches en scheidsrechters uit voor de "TECHNISCHE MEETING" in de Coach bar (Wibac Arena). Daar worden alle speciale toernooiregels en de spelmodus uitgelegd en worden alle vragen beantwoord.

Arrival and opening ceremony

From 12:00 a.m. the teams can check-in at our tournament office at the Wibac Arena. From 1 p.m. the lodging Hotel Mercure (Roeselare) will be open as well and the participants can explore their rooms. The reception for lodging at the cultural center is open from 1 p.m.

At 7 p.m. we celebrate our opening ceremony, where all the nations present themselves. The flag ceremony and of course the music & light shows are a must, too.
We ask all coaches and referees to join our "TECHNICAL MEETING" in the coach bar at 6.45 PM. We will explain special tournament rules, the game mode and answer your questions there.

Zaterdag 18 mei

Games starting

Vandaag begint het echt. Om 8.00uur beginnen de wedstrijden in de 6 sporthallen. Op deze eerste dag speelt elk team minstens 3 wedstrijden met uitzondering U12, geleid door ervaren scheidsrechters . Ongeveer 50 andere werknemers doen er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt, van ontbijt tot bedtijd. om 20.30uur een topwedstrijd van onze WIBAC Heren A tegen Bull Dogs Vlaardingen (NL).

Saterday

Start of the games

Today it really starts . At 8:00 a.m start the games in the 6 sports arenas. On this first day, each team plays at least 3 matches exept the U12,led by experienced referees.About 50 other employees do their best to ensure that everything runs smoothly, from breakfast to bedtime. . at 8.30 pm there is a topgame between Wibac A Versus Bull Dogs Vlaardingen

Zondag 19 mei

Zelfs vandaag gaan de spelen gewoon door in alle leeftijdsgroepen!  . 

Vandaag laten alle leeftijdsgroepen zien wat ze kunnen doen. In gemengde teams bundelen jongens en meisjes hun krachten om aan te tonen dat ze zoveel mogelijk vrije worpen in 90 seconden in de basket kunnen plaatsen. Een snelle, hectische en opwindende wedstrijd met veel muziek en leuke factoren!

En het is tijd om weer afscheid te nemen! De sleeping accommodatie sluit om 10.00 uur. Teams die later vertrekken, kunnen hun bagage gelukkig vóór 15.00 uur in de toernooizaal plaatsen.
